Things to Know

Having an accident is stressful. All we hope is that everyone involved walks away unharmed and recovers quickly.

We attempt to ensure your repair process is as stress free as possible. However, there are some things you need to know:

  • We will not sacrifice our quality of work for speed of repairs. We won’t be cutting corners to ensure your vehicle is safe and in pre-accident condition. Unfortunately, this may take a little longer to get you back on the road.
  • We are the largest repairer in the Snowy region. The high demand for our work brings us many customers who are in a similar position to you. Although we want to get you back on the road as quickly as possible, there is often a waiting list. Again, we won’t be sacrificing our quality of work or have unqualified, untrained or inexperienced personnel repair your vehicle.
  • Regarding insurance work; we are required to follow the insurers procedures and policies which you have chosen and purchased. There are many different policies which determine which parts to use (new or used) and what we are to repair. Please come and see us anytime to review your policy to ensure you are adequately covered.
  • There are many potential points throughout the repair process which can cause delays. Most often, your vehicles parts. Unfortunately, parts are out of our control. We cannot guarantee stock on hand, correct to your specific vehicle and options. As we do not make parts, we can be held up by your vehicles stock availability.
